Victorian Liberals and Nationals Host Tax Reform Public Hearings

The Victorian Liberals and Nationals held public hearings at State Parliament as part of a review of the state’s tax system, taking evidence from business and property groups including PIPA, the Property Council and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. Shadow Treasurer Brad Rowswell said witnesses called for no further tax increases and pointed to 53 new or increased taxes since 2014.
