- pay all applicable membership fees by the due date; and

By enrolling in the QPIA program or any other course offered by PIPA or through our website, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms specified at the time of enrolment. To the extent of any inconsistency, the additional terms specified at the time of enrolment take priority in relation to the terms applying to the QPIA program or other course.

- If you have not accessed any course materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Once you have accessed course materials, refunds are provided only where required by the Australian Consumer Law (for example, where the course is not as described, is of unacceptable quality, or fails to meet the consumer guarantees).
- Refunds for partially completed courses are at the discretion of PIPA.
5. Events
5.1 Registration
By registering for a PIPA event (including conferences, seminars, webinars, and networking functions), you agree to these Terms and any additional terms specified at the time of registration.

If PIPA makes a material change to an event (such as a change of date or venue), you may elect to receive a full refund.
5.4 Cancellation by you
Unless different cancellation terms are specified at the time of registration, the following applies:

16. Termination
PIPA may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to our website or any services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access our website and services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Sections 10, 11, 12, and 14.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable in any State or Territory, that provision will be severed in that jurisdiction without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Where a provision would be enforceable if read down or narrowed, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. A provision that is legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory will continue in full force in those jurisdictions.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and PIPA regarding your use of our website and services. No other term is to be included in this agreement except where required by any legislation of the Commonwealth or any State or Territory. All implied terms, except those implied by statute that cannot be expressly excluded, are hereby expressly excluded.
