The QPIA® adviser directory
Every adviser listed here holds a current QPIA® accreditation and a current PIPA membership. That means they have completed the six module Qualified Property Investment Adviser program, they keep their accreditation current with annual continuing professional development, and they are bound by the PIPA code of conduct.
Choose a state, narrow it to the kind of professional you need, and contact them directly. PIPA does not take a referral fee and does not rank advisers by what they pay.

Check if a member has graduated as a QPIA®, is a current QPIA® member, or is a current PIPA member.
