Championing Australia’s property investment sector.
The investor’s voice in the policy conversation, backed by a committed board with a history of industry, government and stakeholder contacts. PIPA’s annual Investor Sentiment Survey has run since 2015, and has positioned PIPA firmly in the media spotlight, every year since its inception.
Property investors make decisions every day that shape Australia’s housing market. However, their experience is routinely overlooked by policymakers, yet the policy gets made anyway.
PIPA fights to bring investor experiences, consequences and decisions back into the conversation. Our association regularly makes formal submissions to government and regulators, reports legislative and regulatory changes to members, and consistently features in the media on television, radio, online discussions and printed media.
Importantly, PIPA has run a sentiment survey of Australian property investors since 2015, further raising the voice of the investor in the Australian property industry discussion.

Evidence
The annual Investor Sentiment Survey tracks confidence, market outlook and decision making across Australia, and is cited well beyond PIPA, via media channels and industry bodies Australia-wide.
