PIPA is a voluntary association. Membership carries obligations under the PIPA Code of Conduct and the Constitution, and the Legal and Risk Conduct Committee may terminate or suspend a membership where the Committee decides those obligations have not been met.
This register records the outcome of those decisions and nothing further: the person or business, the category of membership held, the decision, and the date it took effect.
PIPA does not publish complaints, evidence or reasons, and does not comment on individual matters. An entry records a decision about membership of this association. It is not a finding by a court, a tribunal or a regulator and should not be read as one.
A membership that ended for any other reason, including resignation, non renewal or a lapse in continuing professional development, does not appear on this register.
