Asked to name their single biggest worry, 34 per cent of the almost 800 investors in PIPA’s 2021 sentiment survey pointed to getting access to lending, followed by 16 per cent fearing a sharp price correction and 12 per cent citing economic conditions. Long-term capital growth was the leading motivation for investing, nominated by 60 per cent, with long-term rental income second on 28 per cent.
