Academic Peter Koulizos and other commentators nominated Brooklyn Park, Christies Beach, Thebarton and Torrensville as suburbs likely to keep growing, citing redevelopment potential, gentrification and proximity to the city and coast. Affordable northern suburbs including Elizabeth Vale and Salisbury were also flagged.
