Realestate.com.au analysis named 30 Greater Brisbane suburbs scoring highly on rental yield, a decade of median price growth and growth in rental demand, with Arana Hills, Silkstone and Bongaree topping the individual measures. Interstate buyers were driving much of the demand, and PRD research director Diaswati Mardiasmo noted Brisbane’s vacancy rate had fallen to an 11-year low of 1.3 per cent in June.
