Queensland’s property market forecast for strong growth

Hotspotting’s Terry Ryder wrote that the 2032 Olympics would extend an already strong run for Brisbane and South East Queensland, with the largest gains expected in the lead-up rather than after the event. PIPA chairman Peter Koulizos cited research showing London homes near Olympic facilities outperformed other areas by two to five per cent, and Ryder pointed to heavy interstate migration into the region.
