PIPA Fact Find 2026

PIR Template

PIPA PIR Template 2026

The PIPA PIR Template 2026 is an editable Word document for the Property Investment Report. It sets out each section in order, from the executive summary, scope and disclosures through the client situation, goals, risk profile, analysis, strategy, property evidence, projections and stress tests to the implementation plan, authority to proceed and appendices. Its tables follow the order of the Fact Find and the PIA report, so the figures carry across directly.

Complete the template for each client, replace every bracketed placeholder and attach the printed PIA report as Appendix A before the report is issued.
