Forecasters expected national price gains in 2021 on the back of record low rates, stimulus and pent up demand, with predictions for Sydney ranging from 2 per cent to 8.8 per cent, the Australian Financial Review reported. PIPA chairman Peter Koulizos credited unmet demand, a recovering economy and looser responsible lending rules. Brisbane and Perth were tipped for gains near 10 per cent.
