Brisbane dwelling values rose 0.5 per cent in September to a median of $504,902, leaving them flat over the quarter and 3.8 per cent higher across the year, CoreLogic data showed. Local buyers agents and the REIQ pointed to affordability, lower debt to income ratios and accelerating migration from Sydney and Melbourne as support for the market. Unit rents had slipped 1.6 per cent over six months amid heavy apartment supply.
