Property investors remain confident despite COVID-19: PIPA

Almost three-quarters of investors retained confidence in where housing was heading over the near term, according to a mid May survey by PIPA and PICA, down 10 percentage points on eight months earlier. Investment intentions were unchanged for 80 per cent of respondents and 30 per cent were more inclined to buy. Around 36 per cent reported financial stress from lost work but were still meeting their commitments.
