Property investors expect house prices to continue rising

PIPA’s 2021 survey of nearly 800 investors recorded 76 per cent expecting prices in their home state or territory to rise over the coming year, well above the 41 per cent recorded in 2020. Queensland was rated the best state prospect by 58 per cent, interest in coastal locations nearly doubled to 21 per cent, and 92 per cent said anyone giving property investment advice should hold formal qualifications.
