Sydney values had turned upward in February and March despite sitting 12.1 per cent below year-earlier levels, Melbourne was described as a two-speed market, and Queensland faced renewed interstate migration. Chair Nicola McDougall said 10 consecutive rate rises had added 3.5 percentage points to the cash rate, with prices stabilising as listings stayed low.
