Brisbane’s successful 2032 Olympic bid was expected to sustain a long run of price growth, with CoreLogic recording the city’s median dwelling value at a record $586,142 after a 13.2 per cent annual rise. Ray White’s Nerida Conisbee forecast a strong decade on the back of interstate migration, while CoreLogic’s Tim Lawless nominated Woolloongabba as an early beneficiary and PIPA’s Peter Koulizos said gains would concentrate before the games.
