Nearly 60% of investors think Qld is best for investment

The eighth PIPA investor sentiment survey, covering 786 investors, found 58 per cent rated Queensland the best state for investment and 54 per cent picked Brisbane among the capitals. Chairman Peter Koulizos pointed to South East Queensland infrastructure spending, the 2032 Olympic Games and lighter lockdowns, while 76 per cent of respondents expected prices to rise over the next year.
