Queensland’s housing market was expected to keep outperforming New South Wales and Victoria as interstate migration continued, analysts said. RiskWise chief executive Doron Peleg contrasted Brisbane vacancy rates below 1.5 per cent with inner Melbourne rates as high as 6.6 per cent, while BuyersBuyers co-founder Pete Wargent said conditions from Noosa to the Tweed were booming.
