Guidance for landlords facing tenants unable to pay covered state land tax rebates, rent relief payments and bank deferrals of up to six months. PIPA chairman Peter Koulizos said supporting tenants directly removed the need for special landlord assistance, and advised owners to keep paying their loans where possible, switching to interest only repayments before resorting to a deferral that capitalises interest.
