Contributors reported tight supply in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland, record low vacancy rates and steep rent increases. Peter Koulizos said South Australia continued to outperform, while Propertyology’s Simon Pressley attributed Tasmania’s softening to buyer fatigue after an unusually long growth run.
