Greater Brisbane dwelling values had risen 9.1 per cent since January and sat within 0.6 per cent of their earlier record, with almost half the year’s growth recorded in the September quarter. Analysts credited the pause in rate rises, strong migration, tight rental conditions and a shortage of listings running about 40 per cent below the long term average. The median dwelling value reached $761,739.
