PIPA’s 2021 investor sentiment survey of 786 investors found 62 per cent considered it a good time to buy residential property. Queensland was nominated as the best state by 58 per cent of respondents, up from 36 per cent a year earlier, with Brisbane favoured by 54 per cent, while interest in New South Wales and Victoria slipped to 16 and 10 per cent respectively.
