Almost half of investors want to bolster portfolio in 6-12 months

Nearly half of surveyed property owners were actively looking to expand their portfolios, the 2020 PIPA Annual Investor Sentiment Survey reported, with 44 per cent planning a purchase within six to 12 months and 71 per cent less inclined to sell. Around 77 per cent said the prospect of falling prices would not delay them. Respondents also backed formal training requirements for anyone giving property investment advice.
