Adelaide values had climbed almost 51 per cent since March 2020 and NAB forecast a further 6.2 per cent rise across 2024, although affordability had become the second worst among the capitals. Analysts including PIPA board member Peter Koulizos and PRD’s Diaswati Mardiasmo nominated suburbs such as Salisbury North, Richmond, Kilkenny, Osborne and West Lakes Shore as places to watch.
