3 in 5 investors think now is the time to enter the market – PIPA Survey

About three in five investors surveyed by PIPA said conditions were favourable for buying, with a third having purchased in the past year and a similar share intending to buy within six to 12 months. Experienced investors dominated those buying plans, first-timers accounted for 16 per cent of transactions, and 60 per cent nominated long-term capital growth as their main objective.
