22% of investors say they’re unable to refinance

PIPA’s survey of about 800 investors found lending access and the state of the economy remained their two biggest worries, with 22 per cent unable to refinance the amount they had previously borrowed. Half said they could refinance, up seven points on the prior year, and 72 per cent had used a mortgage broker for their most recent investment loan.
