A guide to Queensland investment locations highlighted Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast, citing interstate migration, infrastructure spending and the 2032 Olympic Games. SQM Research data showed prices and rents in both coastal markets had risen strongly through 2021.
