Brisbane’s middle and outer suburbs were flagged as likely leaders of a post-pandemic recovery, based on CoreLogic data showing how markets performed in the three years after the global financial crisis. Rochedale recorded the city’s strongest result with values up more than 14 per cent, followed by Macgregor and Alderley. Peter Koulizos and Tim Lawless both pointed to affordable, well connected middle-ring suburbs such as Kenmore, Moorooka and Mount Gravatt East.
