  17. The fee noted above for PIPA 1 Introduction to Property Investment includes a program administration fee of $300 covering entry into the PIPA Accreditation program.
  18. Recognised Prior Learning (RPL)
  19. All RPL applications will be assessed on a case by case basis. A fee of $295 per module including GST applies to each module STANDARD exemption requires a valid real estate and mortgage broking certificate to be supplied. For a NON STANDARD exemption please contact the PIPA office for further instructions.

Throughout the program your personal information will be disclosed to PIPA and your employer (where participants are being sponsored by their employer) for the following purposes:

    • enrolment confirmation and release of results
    • investigation of possible academic misconduct
    • administrative processes related to the program
    • promotional purposes including, but not limited to, acknowledgement of student accomplishments and graduation from the Accreditation Program, PIPA membership benefits and events
